    Assembling a Krootox

    Hi there,

So I bought a Krootox today and started TRYING to assemble it but the parts don't seem to fit eachother very well. Anyone had the same problem and solved it in an easy way? Please feel free to share your experience. Thanks alot.

I remember these things quite well.

What I did was place the two ox body parts together then fill the gap with green stuff.

The guy on top has either an oversized pelvic area or torso, i remember cutting across the knee of the guy on the ox and doing the same to a spare carnivore then sticking them together.

If that is more dificult, you could just file it down, but you run the risk of removing details from it, which is whyi didnt do it.

Just used pin's some greenstuff and some carefull fileing, and when i made mine i did 3 at once and i actually wound up swaping two of the main body halfs to get a better fit. Go figure....Its a pain, just be patient

I've been filling the gaps with green stuff for a while now and it seems to work quite well. I'll let it try now until tomorrow and then continue to make it look better. Thanks for the replies guys! I appreciate you for taking your time to answer.

I bought mine for our face off, and I have to say, it is a terrible mold.

GS is the way with some filing, but it certainly is the most hassle I've had for a while.
