Welcome to Librarium Online!
Has anyone used this before im used to using the brush on but one of the guys at the local GW said to try this. So im tryin to figure out before i melt my gobbos if its gonna be safe or not
So long as you wait until your paints are well and truly dry (I'd give them 24 hours drying time to be safe), and follow the instructions for the spray, you shouldn't have any issues.
I use it on all my models, works great.
has anyone used the new krylon crystal clear UV protection clear coat?
do you even need to uv protect the paint under the coat? anyone had their paint under a coat fade?
OK cool thanks for the response ill give it a try tonight and see how it does only 120 more gobs and a few dozen more ast greenies to paint
I use the UV protection one because it's what the local artist's supply shop stocks I guess if you *need* it would depend on if your models are in a display case or packed up in foam all the time.
Some of my old-old models I painted when I was a kid have clearly faded /shrug They used to sit displayed on a windowsill shelf that got sun a few hours in the morning.
