Ok, a while ago I was commissioned to do a couple cake toppers for a very awesome person's wedding. I say he is very awesome because he wanted a zombie and a Fallout style post apocalypse survivor on his wedding cake.
I've got a full set of photos from all angles posted at Garden Ninja Studios: Cake Toppers are Minis Too!
I... um... wow.
Rep to you, good sir.
That is freacking sweet! those are really nice!
+ rep for you!
P.s. mmmmm cake...
Sometimes the best defense is a good offense... Wait, what?
You know, something like this could actually convince me to propose to my g/f... I think that'd look quite cool, a Space Marine and Sister of Battle (our respective armies) on top of a BIG cake.
That's awesome and really inventive. Probably one of the best models I've seen just because of it's use and originality.
Check my Blog for Battle Reports, useless ranting and more! Comments appreciated.

Yeah, that conversation might be a little awkward.
By the way, a couple friends of mine used minis as cake toppers when they were married. They were Warmachine minis: Morvhana and the Butcher of Kardov- whose ax was converted into a bouquet of flowers. It got them their photograph in No Quarter magazine.
So, minis as cake toppers works. And it is indeed epic.
