Well, this is my first year entering GD and my second last year being able to enter in Youngbloods. These guys are not 100% finished and I'll finish them tonight and friday night because me and my family are going camping the rest of this week.
MY DEMON ENTRIES!!!
Renegade standard bearer
Minas Tirith Standard
lizardmen skink priest
C&C PLEASE! (and be very harsh)
Your not a bad painter for someone your age mate. I think there are some definitive points you can improve on though. Mostly it involves bringing your highlights up. For instance the Skink is nice, but you need to bring the blue of his skin up quite a few more levels to make him pop. I think you have a realistic chance of walking home with something with your youngblood entry. It is well converted and is competitively painted for that category. As it is now though the brown is smooth, but very flat. Add some depth to the shadows, bring the highlights up some more. The face has some really nice shadows to it, but it looks incomplete for a competition piece. It looks good mind you, nice and smooth transitions, but bring the highlights up, even if you have to go to a pure kommando khaki or bleached bone (whatever it was you were using to highlight). Good luck sir, I wish you well.
Joe Peshi (lone wolf) kill tally:Lash Sorcerer, Ghazkull, Yriel, Termi Libby, Vulkan.
I particularly like the skink, and wish you the best of luck in competition this year!
Oh, you're a youngblood. In that case, you are quite awesome. I with I had been painting like that at your age. These are some pretty strong entries.
By the way, don't stop learning new tricks, and you'll keep improving. Keep at it, and you'll be able to stretch yourself beyond many of the current masters.
I really like the Exodite rider personally. I always like original models, a good paint job is just the icing on the cake.

Like to talk Warhammer or want some advice on Armies or Tactics? Drop me a PM!
Dead Dude, being a youngblood(well few months ex) myself, I can say at your level of painting, even though it is very good, will have some major competition.
Last year I took home 2nd place in the youngbloods http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/co...00007&start=13 (the commissar), but as you can see, 1st place has some nice blending work done.
to stand out, i highly recommend freehand and a maybe a dark/gothic feel to the models, as you have done with all but the skink. Anyways, If you want any advice from a fellow youngblood, let me know! email@example.com
Good luck, maybe we can have our own little competition sometime
edit: whoops, btw, definitely go with the exodite rider...a lot better than the others imo
