They're looking decient at the moment. The only bit I don't like is the length of the tail... I feel they should be longer and a bit mor serpent-like. With the painting, I would add a final highlight on the skin and carapace. And the blood is a little over the top.
yea... i have a bad habit of going too much blood I do it based on d6 rolls though so not every model will have some :p. I see what you mean about the tail. Now that i look at itm ut does need a bit of work...
With regards to the basing, go for a more sutble highlight, not so extreme. I would then suggest getting catchacan green and graveyard earth and washing these VERY thin over certain areas of the base, it will give a more earthly feel to it.
The ones coming out of the ground are certainly the better ones since the tails do look a little small to support the weight of the beast when fully revealed. Damn good starts though, well done.
Mighty fine work!The only one i dont like is the white though,i dont know why it just looks...odd.Since you make them gory add a few imperial guard,marines,or tau corpses on the bases.
