I've recently bought a bunch of Dark Eldar, but I have no idea how to paint them. I don't like many of the colour schemes in the codex, but some are ok. I'm looking for something that fits with the Dark Eldar background, although this doesn't necessarily mean it has to be dark.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm open to all ideas, and I would buy the person with my favourite scheme a beer, but I'm not old enough...

Dark Eldar fit with very intense yet dark colors. So a liche purple or a scab red would fit well as a base color.
Well... We don't play with that much terrain. We pretty much use Barricades and Planetstrike buildings.
I wanted something that wasn't boring like block colours of red/purple, so how about a black/dark(ish) purple base working up to maybe a Hawk Turquoise highlight - I do like the idea of a Turquoise highlight, I like the colour.
Actually, the purple wouldn't work with the Hawk Turquoise... What colour would work, while not being too contrasting to a purple base? (I like a less contrasting colour scheme)
