Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hello everyone, just thought I'd post these pictures of the Thunderhawk that I'm custom building right now.
The model is far from done, obviously, but it should be completed in a month or two. As it stands right now, it's a little on the big side, measuring nearly two feet long. I purposely designed the cargo bay in the front to be large enough to carry a rhino inside (I haven't this yet, though). The finished product will also be quite detailed, I'm using parts from a broken Xbox for metal paneling, circuitry, and engine fans. Should look pretty good. I'll keep you guys posted with lots of photos.
Just a sample of a model I've finished recently, here is my custom built (Completely from scratch) Eldar Vampire Hunter:

That looks like it could be interesting. I think there is still alot to do though. The work you have done on that Eldar Vampire is very good. I think that if you can keep it to that standard or improve slightly (as one does with time) then the Thunderhawk will turn out well.
Thanks! This is actually my second thunderhawk project, but as you can probably see from the librarium forum that I posted it in a couple of years ago, it wasn't very good. I've learned a lot since then, and this one is already looking a lot better than that one did.
A lot needs to be done still, but the goal is to make it look nearly identical to the forge world model. I don't get home again until a couple of days before Christmas, so that's the earliest I can resume the project and post more pictures of the progress
I've recently returned and I was able to resume construction with this project. I've begun construction of the engines and the nozzles. More progress will quickly follow after christmas is over. The engines are not complete yet (obviously). I still have to add the fans and the third nozzle that will go on the center of the aft section.
some pictures are shown below. I can't decide whether the stabilizer on the top of the tail is too small or not... thoughts?

Looking good. And since it looks like the pilots might be eating Quaker Oats! Their sure to be healthy and have low cholesterol!
Looking very impressive. How much are you going to ask for it?
