I'm working on an O&G army and i would like to use some wolfchariots. how ever...the current goblin chariot is an awefull model. And too small for me to create a character platform. i was planning on scratchbuilding my own chariot (should not really be a problem since it's goblin technology =P)
how ever i cannot find the right stuff to create wheels (just a disk a few milimeter thick) and i've been looking on ebay for other kinds of wheels, but i just cannot find a cheap option that also fits the goblin theme (high elf wheels just don't have the charm i'm looking for..)
so my question, who can help me find some chariot wheels or knows a way to build them?
any idea is welcome!
For the cutting perfect circles, well, that's easy. A circular cutter is what you need. But if you are looking for bigger premade wheels you might want to look at the old Imperial War Altar model. It has kind of junky looking wooden wheels.
Is there any race that uses round shields that you could pilfer to use as wheels?
I know the old Vampire Counts Skeleton models used to have round shields which may have been really handy for this, but I'm not sure if that helps you or not...
