Very impressive. I like your work a lot. The flames are very nicely done and I especially like what you did with the gold trim on the shoulder pads and your work on the bases.

Very nice. The bases look ace! I personally would have gone for a darker green, but that's personal taste.
The flames are awesome, well done.
Love the flames,they have a warm look about them which makes them look just like fire should.

Excellent work, the flames are nicely painted and the rest of the models are very good as well... the painting style is very clean and crisp (something which I like a lot).
If I may give you a tip, I would blend some highlights here and there a little more (an example is the highlight on black areas on the Sergeant), but they are perfectly fine as they are (especially for rank and file troops).

I wanted to keep this distinct GW quality - still will probably do some salamanders termies - BTW I'm preparing a tutorial on ' How to paint flames neatly '
