I've paid homage to the A L I E N series, by making my parasites implant attack look like a face hugger, and I couldn't help but make a victim on the base with a face hugger and mini ripper chest burster. The chest burster was made from a genestealers implant attack tongue and a little greenstuff.
The parasite was made from plastic ravener tail, stranglethorn cannon feeder tube, ravener and stealer scything talons, ravener head, warrior torso and fw wings.
Sweet paint job! Oh sorry thought this was the paint forum. In all seriousness this is an ideal true to art conversion. Very nice job.
The stance looks a bit unrealistic (with the flying). But its an awsome model! Could you tell how you made it?
Or maybe not. You've taken too much rep from me already!

Ruina's Hive - My personal Blog
Looks beautiful so far. Although like Ruina said, it looks odd with the flying, mostly because the tail wraps around like it's sitting on an invisible plane (I think). I would wager that a little tweaking with the tail would have a very visible (positive) effect.
Still, looks awesome. Have you considered converting a Doom of Malan'tai?
