This has probably been asked many times before, but I was wondering what do you find the best ways are of temporarily attaching a model to it's mount so that it can be used with another mount interchangeable.
A Bretonnian Lord can be mounted on a horse, pegasus or hippogryph. If I have a single character model and I want to select which mount to ride for different battles, what would be the best method?
Thanks very much!
1.Buy small rare earth magnets. (very small rdisc shaped ones) http://www.rare-earth-magnets.com/?g...FcctpAodNBjpvA
2.Drill very shallow holes in the rider and mount.
3.Glue the magnets inside the holes making sure that the north and south is correct so they will stay.
Hope that helps.

or you could just put a pin on the bottom of the rider (the part that sits on the mount), and drill a fitting hole in all the interchangeable mounts, that fits with the pin in the rider. I've never tried it, but I guess that's the way to go if you dont want to shell out for the magnets.
