Hello all, just a quick question, does anyone know of a good way to remove spray paint? or is this a fools errand?
if there is a relevant thread i didn't find, i'd really appreciate a link to it!
Just check out the tutorials section. There is a stickied thread by Tekore on using simple green to strip paint. It works on spray primed models as well. If you were dumb (like me) and sprayed the model twice, it works but it could take about a week before the paint finally softens up.

Dettol disinfectant(the brown stuff that smells like hospitals) if amazing at stripping minis, Ive used acetone free nail varnish remover, if you leave them in for too long the models start to melt. You can leave the minis forever in Dettol and they will never melt(it also removes glue...)
For plastic minis I use Simple green. Soak the model(s) overnight and scrub with an old toothbrush. Works like a charm.
For metal minis I typically use nail polish remover.

Dettol is probably only in the UK.... might be called something different in the US.
