I recently got a second chance to do a super heavy in the style of my previous Praetorian Stormlord. I particularly enjoyed painting the freehand on this one:

I think you have captured the escence of how I imagine Praetorian tanks to be, bright and ostentaious!
I do like the freehand, but IMO the teeth look a little to emphasised, but I think it suits the style.
The teeth are very emphasized. My client had some pretty specific ideas about the freehand- he wanted it to be a snarling lion that evokes the shark teeth patterns sometimes painted on the front of WWII jet fighters.
I've done a few very different kinds of lions for him, and I'm betting I'll be doing more.
