The biggest, baddest Sword in WH/40K?

    Evening all!
So, I'm creating an Ordo Malleus Inquisitor conversion for my Grey Knights mini-force. So far he has a plastic Dark Eldar torso, an Empire Pistolier trench-coat-type-cape-thing, Tau fire warrior legs (with green stuff boots and belt) and Catachan jungle fighter arms and is holding a Dark Angels tome/big book in the one hand. The other I want brandishing a HENCH Power Sword!

Hence this topic, I've got some pretty big, mean looking power swords left over from some recent Sanguiniary Guards, but what do you think? In your opinion, what's the baddest looking sword bit (preferably plastique for ease) from any any army I could convert for his almighty deamon-slaying sword?

    Ta,
    FJ

The Bloodletters have some fairly big swords. The Hive Tyranid has a huge sword but it's metal. I think the ones you have could work very well. Make the hilt bigger instead of just looking for a huge balde. The hilt is easier to enlarge by using bits from other swords. It will then look like a big, double handed thing for slaying the foul beasts of the warp!

Bloodletter's Hellblades are pretty big, yeah, and plastic. They're also fairly blatantly chaotic though, which may be inappropriate for an Ordo Malleus inquisitor Drach'nyen (Abaddon's sword) is big and cool too, but suffers from the same issue.

It's metal and possibly a bit small, but the Wood Elf Lord With Great Weapon's... great weapon is nice looking.

If you really want something special in plastic, you may have the best luck converting a spear or polearm from somewhere in WHFB. They're often just about swords on sticks to begin with, splicing a couple of them to lengthen them out or adding other blade sections shouldn't be too much work.

Empire militia have a fairly awesome greatsword on their sprue. You would have to toy around with it to make it fit one hand (there are two on the hilt) but it could look pretty cool. Otherwise the bloodletter swords are fairly impressive, but a tad chaotic looking, so unless your inquisitor is a radical I'd stay away.

If you can find one, the old-style NFW swords are reasonably large and suitable for a DH character.

The empire general's great sword (plastic too) is in my opinion the best.
Ravenwing power swords are bigger than normal and have aquilla hilts etc

BT's Emperor's Champion's sword is one I've always really liked.

Otherwise have a look at HE plastic swords from the kit of Dragon, Prince and maybe even Mage.
