IRON CHEF: SCENERY VII
It's time to get ready to hammer out the next Iron Chef! Get yer supplies ready, and arm that xacto knife, we're going to war!
IRON CHEF: Scenery VII
THEME: ANYTHING YOU WANT
SIZE: 2''x2'' up to a max footprint of 8''x8'' - Unlimited Height (LOS=5th)
DATE DUE: 06/15/10 June 15th, 2010
If your scenery isn't in by the due date, it won't be in the poll to vote on.
You must include a WIP log of how you made it. Pictures optional.
THe idea behind IC:S is to use HOUSEHOLD items to make scenery, not store bought Scenery bits.
You may use the random sprue bit or peices from GW, but no entire scenery entry with CoD panels.
Keep it easy for others to reproduce. Plasticard is okay, but try to keep it easy to duplicate.
Use of the SECRET INGREDIENT is key to getting the votes. This contest is about using available materials to make awesome scenery. Using the secret ingredient shows inventiveness and willing to be creative...so do it!
The secret ingredient is....
That's right! A cookie tin... A metal sheet of tin cut up... A damned paper clip! Anything you can find in your house, or in the neighborhood that is metal. Now the only rule to this is that the metal piece cannot be something made from Games Workshop. No calling a pewter piece or mini "metal". I am looking for something you see in your house and putting it to use in scenery.
This is our "welcome back" competition, So, to help promote this competition, I will send the winner a large bag of Plaster sci-fi bits to be used in future scenery pieces. I will be sending a mix bag of these: MOLD 279
Go nuts guys. Show some ingenuity with this one and get creative!

paper clips and staples...not that original but awesome!!
Can I start posting my WIP yet?
Absolutely, just start up a thread and post it all in there. I was going to last night, but decided Im gonna have to go back to the drawing bored with my Idea. I started to build it in pieces but when it really needs to be all one piece.
I dearly hope your not doing the same thing...
