So I haven't really been able to get online lately or work on anything. But this past week I got my self out of a slump or War Gaming depression and financial depression and decided to build a table. Since I live in a one bedroom apartment I had to shrink it down to a 3x4 and not a 4x6 like I would have preferred but you have to make due with what you have.
So here is the beginnings of everything. (With that I did do of Iron Chef)
A good start
If you want a full size table then just make another section like you've got and vola! Got a nice Necron feel to it, perhaps get some kitty litter and mix it with sand to go over the scuffed parts to add some texture? Oh and more crystals deffinatly!
I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand
Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm.
Ya Im actually going to be working on it more this coming up weekend. I'm going to put on throw on another coat of paint to make sure everything is sealed on, then putting in the green. But definitely going to put more crystals, I just want to buy a foam cutter 1st. Make things a little easier. As far a texture there is TONS already on it, instead of leaving it flat I made sure everything was rolling, and actually uneven. Ive played on to many tables where the texture is based on paint alone.
