After winning last months painting competition at my local GW store, I'm aiming for my hat trick by winning this months as well. The theme is either going to be named characters, which is fine as I'm currently painting Astorath The Grim, or it might be a large scale conversion (so something no smaller than a dreadnought), which is where my problem lies.
So I'm asking, does any body have any ideas as to what I could do if the theme is to convert something?

I am the Hammer...
A daemon prince! Holding a banana...? of rage? Its no good i can only think of silly things.
But a daemon prince may be a good one, or a Dreadnought perhaps? Could always convert a tank of some kind.
Thats all i got.
Sometimes the best defense is a good offense... Wait, what?
Well a really big thing is a Nurgle Tower.
Thinking smaller, repose a dreadnought and make it belong to a specific chapter.
Ruined/busted up vehicles can look good.
Any monstrous creatures are good as well: daemon princes, tyranids (in general) and wraithlords are just a few.
Thats all I can think of at the moment. Oh and perhaps a guy sitting on a throne on top of a tank (doesn;'t really matter which guy/gal or which tank).
an Ork trukk that is tuly Orkish:
a Ork strapped on the front throwing grenades as Stikkbomb Chukka.
pulled by 2 dozen grots/squigs.
with a bar/pub in the back.
if that fails:
a female dreadnought
Inquisitors (they are larger models aswell right?)
