Raven Guard W/13 D/7 L/5
Thats not a bad effort at all. A more than acceptable standard to set for an army. If you want some tips to improve him at this level, then have a go at painting the raised areas of his face in a slightly lighter skin tone, to 'highlight' his face. Try adding a wash to the red areas as well, as they look a little flat at the moment.
Nice job though

Aggies for 40k - PM me for details.
I'd give the gun some shadowing, as I don't think it looks quite there. Not a criticism though. 10/10.

A Devlan Mud/Badab black wash on the bolt gun, would really bring it out..
5000 pts of WoC, 5000 pts of Orcs and now 3000 pts of Ogres...What was I thinking ????
Very nice dude! The paint job itself is very neat. I agree it would look great on the table!
To improve however I would use slightly thinned down washes (appropriate colour for area used on) then retouch edges with the beasecoat... maybe even highlight a bit around the edges if you want! Bleached bone in nearly always a safe option as a colour to mix into your basecoat for a highlight (not on metalics) as it doesn't change the colour of the paint as dramatically as white would (not that I use it much any more in my work, but as I said it works), . Make sure you thin down your paints a bit with water and you should be fine!
