hi everybody today i got a HUGE problem, i primed my models with purity seal and they gain some white stuff on them that i cant get away they look very ugly and i need HELP quick!!!!!
an army that seeks to fight without the protection of the eagle claws is clearly courageous or inept. either way, í wish no part in it - Eolaran Greyhawk, Seamaster.
It's always tricky getting rid of that whiteness. Sometimes another coat of Purity Seal will even it out. Sometimes some time under a hair dryer will melt the purity seal and turn it translucent again. I suggest you get a can of Testor's Gloss Cote and reseal the models, it might do away with the white powdery look. Then hit with purity seal again.
I really hope this works for you, I know the heartbreak of that happening to a whole unit you lovingly painted!
---- Wishing you all luck and good fortune!
usewarm water and an old toothbrush.. scrub the white areas with only enough pressure to remove the whiteness. You may lose a little paint, but it will fix the problem..
Let it dry completely, then touch it up.
