Just finished my warboss. Still need to drill out the barrel and clean the black up on the base. comments and suggestions please.
I don't like how his front loin cloth came out. I think i may redo it so that the peaks are almost white. Would white with some feathering into tan with a gryphonne sepia wash look nice? never used that wash before but a buddy of mine picked some up and i could probably borrow it.
I was impressed with the stone i made. look closely on those for some moss hiding in the cracks.
Don't touch that loin cloth.. It looks perfect the way it is.. nice and dingy for an Ork..
The piece looks great. OUTSTANDING!
Rep for you.
The only thing I would reccomend is highlighting the trousers in the back a little more, and use a different color for the but stitching.
I think he looks pretty cool. I also agree with the above poster, leave the loin cloth alone! I'm not a huge fan of the skin, but that's because I like my Orks darker. I think it could do with some more shading to darken the overall tone, looks quite cartoony now if you ask me.
Very great painting . Are you accepting commission work? I may have some Green Skin work !!!
5000 pts of WoC, 5000 pts of Orcs and now 3000 pts of Ogres...What was I thinking ????
Thanks for the comments. Ill work on the stitches. I didn't even think about them. Maybe tan with a brown wash?
Great work. Good job on the skin tones and I'll agree with everyone else and say "Don't touch the loincloth!". The only other thing I'd add would be to drill out the gun barrels.
"Into the fires of battle, unto the anvil of war!"

Nice mini! I would be tempted to add some highlights to the skin, but that is just me! I would say if you wanted to, and if you think that you could, a checkered pattern would look very nice on the loincloth! Superjob!
I finished my WB the other day and was pleased with it.....now I wish had hadn't lol
Very nice job!
Lol well if you have any questons on what I did ask away.
thanks for all the comments rep etc everyone. I'm finishing up a trukk at the moment and will post some picsin a day or two in a new thread
