Since you ask for criticism, The converting and basing is top notch, not much to improve there. Since you put so much work in this all i could say is that you could perhaps take some extra time with the highlighting the black for a smoother finish.
You should also always drill the bolter muzzle, it looks so much better and is easy to do with a hobby drill (like GWs own)

I'm also going to be adding some mud weathering on the boots, so that might lessen the shiny blackness of it.

These look really good. I got a huge kick out of their poses and expressions. I am not an expert in painting white, but the shoulder pads look kind of odd. They just seem too white compared to the way the rest of the model is painted.
5000 pts of WoC, 5000 pts of Orcs and now 3000 pts of Ogres...What was I thinking ????
