This is my Broodlord from Space Hulk. I enjoyed painting it because it is a one-off model that I was able to focus all my attention on. Normally individual models in Tyranid swarms are monstrous creatures which are fun to paint but also very big and time consuming. This Broodlord was a fun excuse to play about. I've given it a base so that it can more easily be used with my Tyranid swarm in 40K.
Now in 5th edition that any Genestealer brood can have a Broodlord and it has no biomorphs on it I will use it as the new boss for my standard, basic Genestealer brood. I also find that this model is far superior to the metal Broodlord which requires lots of conversion work to make it good. Hope you like it, comments, questions welcome.
Very Well done.
Sweet job. The shading of the skin looks really nice.

Amazing work as usual Leech! I really love that mini and you've done a great job on it. I especially love the colour scheme.
