I need to remove the paint.
Simple green or purple power. They can be found in the automotive section. Simply drown your model in them, at least over night, longer depending on paint. Rinse off, giving a good scrub with a tooth brush. WASH WITH SOAP(the stuff that takes the paint off will keep the paint off). Dry and its ready to paint. Use gloves while cleaning, it will cause chemical burns.
For the greater good, my will be done!

I agree. Simple green overnight then scrub with a toothbrush and wash. Works brilliantly.

I know it seems like a simple assumption, but are we basing these chems on the thought that everyone is painting their minis with water based paints? Or do these chems work on oil based paints too?
Just asking, because I am certain that someone is going to come in here asking this question about what to do to clean paint off minis, and not bother saying that they painted it with an oil based testors paint.
