f*****g proper job!!!!!!!!!
THIS IS A GOOD PASS TIME.
Ah, the orks. Painting the orks is easy once you know how. I personally paint ork skin dark angels green before drybrushing goblin green over the top. If you are really good, you can give the fists and elbows a light drybrush of rotting flesh but I'm not good enough for that.
Another way to paint skin is to give it a coat of goblin green, before applying green ink. Thats quite good. Some people just paint it goblin green and leave it at that. Use darker greens like snot green for warbosses and nobs, that looks cool, and do a lighter drybrush to allow more dark angel green to show through, or a heavier brush of green ink.
Metal can be drybrushed boltgun metal over black, then a light drybrush of tin bitz for rust. Or you can use a wash of chestnut ink, or even drybrush boltgun metal over tin bitz for real rusty guns. I drybrush a little red gore over the choppas and power claws for blood, but many people say its cheesy.
Do the clothing on the orks brown or black. I am no good at dags, glyphs or transfers, but muck about a bit, and you'll find whats right for you.
Whats wrong with homicide?
take a tip from someone whose painted hundreds dont bother with fancy highlighting and under coating use a simple goblin green dry brush with the skin then snake bite dry brush for pants multiple layers then use boltgun or chainmail for the metal bitz then use ur clan color for their belts and helmets and wrist bands stuff like that. Long live the orks!!!!!
you can run from the darkness but it will find you.
