that is one sweet looking mini. great job
I shall call him Squishy, and he shall be mine, and he shall be my Squishy.
Can you send some pics from the back and sides ??
5000 pts of WoC, 5000 pts of Orcs and now 3000 pts of Ogres...What was I thinking ????
Kudos on another stunning mini!
The pose is stunning and I especially love the direction his head is facing as it makes it look as if he is actually deflecting something off his shield and his head has instinctively turned away. it flows great!
I have one small point to raise though, and before I make it please dont think Im insulting your work, Your skills outweigh my meagre painting ability by a mile!
The mud on the left leg and inside of the cloak. I'm not sure if this is done with the intention of making the cloak look like it has been dragged through mud, but I don't think it translates very well. I think the reason for this is (at least from the angle of the picture) the lines seem to straight and clean. I would love to see the mini from some other angles though!
Aside from this, +rep for another stunning mini!
Night gathers, and now my watch begins.
