Hi all, I was curious if anyone has seen any stencils with either a Cross, Fleur de Lis, Sword, Axe or etc... I need to apply some to my IG shoulders and It would be so much easier than transfers plus its just a one time cost. Thanks!

I have not seen stencils... but you really can't get any easier than the transfers.
For painting I find that freehand works best... but you could probably cut stencils from masking tape pretty easily?
The hard part about stencil work, particularly small and intricate stencils, is that you will end up spending more time than freehand. You have to draw, cut, apply, paint, remove and touch up (because the lines are never hard and fast).
It might be worth a try, but I'm thinking you will have better luck with freehand paint or transfers.
Bretonian transfer sheet could be worth a look as could Andrea miniatures who I believe make some heraldry decals.
There are several tutorials on making your own decals with decal paper and a computer printer so you could try that.

Freehand is really the way to go. I don't like the way transfers look really. They are always shine compared to the paint.
I just took a pencil and very lightly outlined what I wanted to paint. Then just traced it and filled with paint.
