Welcome to Librarium Online!
Try the Codex. It has more colour schemes than most people use.
I'd personally use Scaly Green, Shadow Grey and Codex Grey so the tanks would resemble manta rays or sharks. I might use another colour to blend Scaly Green into the greys.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
This has been discussed millions of times. Use the handy dandy search option before starting a new topic. Someone please lock this.

As has been stated before, use search to find these kinds of things.
I hate...HATE posts that are unspecific.
Please help...with what? The choice of scheme? The color? The modelling itself and the application of the scheme? Are you having a hard time painting your battlesuits or just don't find that contrast you are so dying for.
If I've said it once I'll say it again and again and again and again.
Now, please restate your question with specifics. Like "I'd like to make Urban Tau" Specify what you've tried already or what you'd definately not like...maybe abit of background story for the army.
And then maybe then...just maybe...someone can help you.

HOLY F*CK OMG OMG OMG, JEEZE THAT IS THE BEST PAINT JOB I'VE SEEN IN MY LIFE, HOLY CRAP CRAP. THE BEST PAINT JOB IN THE WORLD (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y)
Umm... back to the topic. I'm currently painting my fire warriors and tau army like Imperial Storm Troopers from Star Wars. I spray paint them with White. Then I paint all the recesses in the model with black. Because there is black outside of the cracks I just dry brush over the cracks with scull white again. So all the resesses are black. Also the under clothing the Tau wear under their armour is black two.
