I've recently bought a wood elf army to paint up intime for the LO meet at the end of july... But I've run into a bit of a problem. Every time I thought up a colour scheme it involved gold armour, something I find very difficult to paint.
As I was trawling ebay I found this listing for painted eternal guard and after looking at the detailed pictures further down the listing thought that it looked awesome AND didn't have gold armour.
However I'm not really sure about what colours/techniques to use for the greens and the browns. I can paint to an average tabletop quality, nothing fancy but nothing embarassing either.
Could anyone possibly help me out? I'm really struggling :/
