Welcome to Librarium Online!
I just thought I would post some pictures of my imperial guard army, for people to comment on. I hope you like my work.
First up, most of my armour, its only missing my vendetta conversion
Next up, a platoon command squad
Veterens in carpace/stormtroopers
Company command squad, many options
Finally, a link showing the conversion work to my vendetta. I made the lascannons from spare heavy weapons, and added heavy bolters under the wing for more realistic weapons. I also put a lascannon each side of the nose for its front lascannon, as I didnt like the idea that both were on one side.
Wow! That's a lot of tank!
Very very nice infantry models. I see you take some time with your models. I love your conversion work.
Thank you for your kind comments Warlord Vrrmik
I have a lot more painted, but havnt taken any photos due to some technical difficulties with my PCs usb ports.
You are a very good painter, and I'm sure I'm not the only one when I say this. Keep us posted up with your converting and painting! This will be one to follow.
I think you give me more credit than I deserve!
Its more to do with the paints I use than any particular skill. I use army painter uniform grey spray undercoat, then just paint details neatly, do the armour in fenris grey, highlight with astronomican grey before drowning the models in devlan mud for shading and leaving to dry. I have gone through about 4 pots of the stuff so far.
I will try to get some photos up of my regimental advisor's and pit slaves which I am using as servitors. I do have another 5 squads of infantry painted, but they are more of the same as I have already put up, so not particularly anything exciting! I am also working on a unit of cadian roughriders, which is proving not particularly exciting to paint. Maybe if I actually used them in games I would actually get around to painting them.

I can tell you it is quite good. Just some work on the basing and it would be really up there.
Yes, I have a similar technique for painting my 'nids, I vary the amount of detail and highlights I put on them based on what model it is (for example, my Hive Tyrant is going to get a lot more attention than a Hormagaunt!).
Post them up anyway so we can take a look.
That Vendetta looks really nice! Good job.
I like the colour schemes on your regimental advisors. And I just love pit slaves! So.... choppy!
