Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how the green swamp bits are done on the shoulders etc? I have seen methods with a glue gun but this doesn't look anything like this.
Thanks for all your help!
I am wagering that he took the same long grass as on the base and cut it to desired length, saturate it in glue and put it in a position to look like it was hanging off. Instead of glue I am guessing that gloss varnish or realistic water may work as well...

Those are awesome. Great and creative theme.
Reckon he's got it down pat. Looks like what has been used for reeds has been hacked up, mixed with a lot of pva and slapped on in very healthy portions.
Looks really nice, would be cool to replicate.
