This is my workstation. Please bear in mind that this is the day after I moved in to my flat. I am NOT this tidy!

The carousels are called Painter 80's. They're really handy but very un sturdy, I've had to reenforce them myself to make sure they don't fall to bits. Some mates we're visiting from the USA and I asked them to pick these up for me to save me the psotage charges.

The storage containers are my Bits Boxes, and the drawers below contain things like modelling knives, sculpting tools, Tamiya tape, stuff like that. In the deeper drawers below there are some older models that have been sat there for a while.

The shelves to the side are mostly bottles of water and other stuff that I experiment with from time to time. Different mediums, flow improvers, slow dry, alcohol, Tamiya thinner, and things like that.

I'll try and post up some pics of the workstation in action, as this gives an entrely false perception of the kind of modeller I am!

Its a good layout. Everything in reach and to hand.

Night gathers, and now my watch begins.

Wow...that hand made professional looking one is awesome. In about nine years, when I retire from the Army and can stop moving every other year, I'll have something like that...along with a hood for evacuating fumes, like you'd see in a chemistry lab, so I can use primers indoors. I did see one table that looked like someone had been spray painting on it. Doing that without proper ventilation is crazy!!! Anyway, here's my table now, in its natural state:

    IG since 1999 __ DA since 2002 __ Tau since 2005 __ SoB since 2007
    Brets 1997-1999 __ TK since 2009 __ Empire since 2010
