I thought I would post up my Legion of everblight. I have been working on them with the scheme shown in the book. So far I think it is going well.
First off is my shredder. I used 4 layers on the back to make the brown steaks. The base is painted blue with snow covering then white around the edge. I have painted 2 of them and they are a pain due to the size.
Next on the list is my favorite model the Carnevian! He is mean and strong! 3 layers of paint at most points.
Here is my Scythean he has the same paint scheme and basing as the guys above
Last on the list is my Angelius. Cool looking model but I don't think it came out as well. I did a black wash on the wings then a blue drybrush then a white drybrush then red ink. The body is blue with a white drybrush as well.
Last but not least my Raek! I love the Raek
They look pretty good!
Not to disparage your efforts or anything but doesn't the scheme used by the studio have icy-blue streaks about the place?
Not sure it looked about what they did in the book. It's my first time painting them.
