    Valkyrie Done.

Finished this repaint yesterday after 2 hours of working on it. Afterwords we took her out for a test flight. handles lovely. Anyhow, I love this model, and I'm looking forward to the "Autumn of Flyers"! Now to finish the Vendetta and get started on tanks. Anyone think the tanks would look okay in the same light blue?

And you've even painted on the stabilising jets and engine exhausts, nice!

I quite like the 'motivational' pic on the nose, excellent work there.

As a bit of constructive criticism, the paint looks a bit thick in some areas. Not overly detrimental to the look of the model but maybe something to watch when you start your tanks!

You are very correct about the thick paint, This particular vehicle has been repainted 3 times now. I didn't bother stripping it as I was in a bind for time. I hate the thick spray but, you gotta work with what you have. In person it's not all that bad though!

I only noticed it because of the close-ups! As I said, it doesn't detract from the overall look of the model, probably looks fine from across the table
