It's just a stand-in conversion until the new termies come out, Chapter Master Tu'Shan.

My army's usual commander, Captain Agrian Draco.

Three Assault Marines. Of Doom.

They are basic, and could use some basing, but they are certainly passable.
Is it just the images or do they look a little bluish?

It is just the images. I have no idea why they're bluish- it may be because I use scaly green rather than Dark Angels green as a basecoat. They are a very vivid green IRL, actually a bit brighter than Snot green.

I agree they need basing. I don't go for display quality unless it's a mini I'm particularly proud of. My chaplain will be an attempt at this- he's in the conversions section.

EDIT: The Tu'Shan pic's actually mising one of my favourite parts of it. the back of his hammer arm's done in a flame pattern.

Nicely modelled and a pretty decent paint job, but they need good bases, highlights on the extreme edges of the armour and markings on the shoulderpads.

The flash form the camera will turn things blue. It is better to reflect light off a white sheet of paper onto the models to light them, and don’t use a flash.

The orange parts look very well shaded and you made the scope site on the assault sergeant very nice.

Overall I think better lighting would make the models look better online, and it seems perhaps an extremely light black wash to pick out the details, might look nice. The armor looks too monotone, but then again it might be the lighting.

Any particular reason you painted your commander as an African-American?(wait, what would be the PC way of saying that if they aren't from America? African-Imperials?)

I'm not trying to be offensive here, I only ask because both of the Salamander players in my club painted all their helmetless squad leaders as African-Americans, before they had even met one another. It's just an odd coincidence.

Because the Salamanders are mostly black dudes, that's why. The white marines in my army have spanish-sounding names.
