Visors are easy, do a base colour, then in the corner paint a darker colour, and at the bottom opposite corner paint a lighter colour. Then add a white dot.
When I was a child I had a fever
My hands felt just like two balloons.
Now I've got that feeling once again
I can't explain you would not understand
This is not how I am.
I have become comfortably numb.
The best way to paint good eyes is to get a really fine detail brush, also you need to develop a pretty steady painting hand...

Man...IMO you've pick the hardest part to paint! Ok...if you paint eyes on a face here's how I've been doing it & the end result is pretty decent. Paint the whites of the eyeballs at the same time you're flatpainting the face with your chosen color (for this example let's say dwarf flesh)...don't worry if your eyeballs are too big in fact, paint 'em slightly larger because we'll fix 'em later. Wash the face with the ink of your choice (some shade of brown perhaps?) & try not to get too much ink on the eyeballs (if you do that's ok...it's fixable.) Allow to dry. Get a toothpick & barely dip it into chaos black. Twirl it on a piece of paper to reduce the amount of paint on the tip. You'll need a steady hand for this next step so put down your cup of coffee! With one light, steady poke put the dot in the middle of your white eyeball (that wasn't too hard was it?) Now, get your finest detail brush & go around the eyes with your flesh color (I use a darker fleshtone but reults are good with your primary flesh color) reducing the size of your oversized eyeballs gradually until your get the shape & size you're looking for. You can then carefully drybrush the face with a lighter fleshtone (elf flesh or maybe even bleached bone)...and BAM!...you've now got a face with eyes on 'em. Remember you're not trying to paint eyes on the face instead you're trying to paint the flesh around the eyes.
For the eyes on a visor I defer to Baharroth's method.
Have fun & remember...The hive mind knows all!
I hear voices...and they don't like you!
For pupils I always use a needle with a dot of paint at the end. For the rest of the eyes, I just hope to god I can keep my hand steady long enough, I'm one of those people who shake no matter what they do.
