I bought myself a FW tyrant on ebay, and it arrived perfect, save for the fact that it's missing a tongue and the teeth are a mess... otherwise, though, it's perfect
Is there a way for me to get forgeworld to send me a replacement head or am I SOL?
Maybe you should try asking them and not us.
How tremendously helpful of you... can you believe I actually thought of that? :glare:
I sent them an e-mail and I'll be calling them tomorrow... I just wanted to ask the community if anyone's had a similar experience, and what came of it.
Well they might not be obliged to provide a replacement if you bought it second hand from ebay :hmm:
But as you said contacting them would be the best course of actions.
No, they most certainly wouldn't be obliged, but they may sell you one. I don't know.
As it already seems you know, contacting forgeworld is your best course of action. I wouldn't hold your hopes up though, they never mention anything about selling individual bits to the stuff they make on the site...
BTW, what does SOL stand for?

98% of the teen population has smoked weed, if you are the 2% that hasn't, put this in your signature.
This may sound crazy but you could sculpt one or extend a head. It depends really if you are A)Good at modelling Like modelling C)Are lucky.
Lifes a PC game, learn to play it or loose.
forge world don't usually send out individual pieces for their models to get this facility you normally have to go to lenton and do it there, you only have to wait half an hour for your order it's mint, as for the missing tounge put a thin pin into the broken end and make your own then no-one else will have YOUR forgeworld model. the teeth should only need to be filed a bit or abit of modeling putty attached then filed (note use modeling putty not greenstuff it adheres better)
