first of all, is the daemon pince for 40k on the box the only model? are there special pieces for nurgle princes, khorne princes, and so on?
if not then how would you make a good tzeentch prince?

I'd use greenstuff to sculpt eyes, flames, mouths, whatever over the DP's hide. I'd also take a look at the fantasy daemons, they can have parts or bodies on which to base your conversion.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.

Yeah, the box is the only model. Usually the paint scheme works well enough to distinguish them, but you could add all kinds of things or change them completely. I'm not sure about Tzeench, though one of their helmets that the normal marines used sculpted on with green stuff would look cool.
For mine I used Orions Staff as it looks kinda cool. I can't think of anything else at the moment but if I do I'll tell you.
