I was just thinking of like making things out of legos, like buildings, castles and much more things. Has anyone ever thought of this??

    Thanks

We do it all the time, but that's mainly because we're too cheap/untalented to make real terrain that looks good. We once buit an entire Lego City to fight in.I can see it now..Codex: Legocity Fight. Best thing about Lego buildings is the real time battle damage.Smash!

Yeah, they did that at my local GW before. You could blast holes through the buildings. One of the local Tau players (Not me, this was before I started) blew a hole in a building with his Broadside's Smart Missiles, then unloaded both Railguns into the back of a Leman Russ. Boom!

My friend has a gigantic lego 1 story building with walls and rooms covering an entire 6x4 city fight board! It's great, but looks wierd when you have tyranids running around a multi coloured alley.

was thinking of making like barriers and the works, two blocks high would be perfect hight, if your worried about them breaking some plas-glu would do it nicely, but yeah multicoloured walls as the first deathwing terminators blast stealers from the sewers underneath a city would be funny as!!

I can't say I've ever tried it, but then I'm still at the upturned bowl stage of terrain for my battlefields. I would imagine it would work quite well, especially if you used some Green Stuff to make it look less uniform before you painted it (assuming you were intending to make the scenery for long term use).

You could assemble the legos, then airbrush them a uniform color, or you could just buy bulk lego pieces of the colors you would like from Lego.

Personally, with some of the wierd lego pieces they've come out with, you could create some cool terrain.

You know, it's slightly intimidating to upload pictures of my figures, considering that there are some people that are sooo good at painting, that it looks like I used crayons on mine!
