I wanted to use anghkor prok in my army, but i don't know if i can find him anywhere!
Do any of you know how to convert a shaper to make him?

Anghkor Prok can be found periodically on eBay, if you have enough cash. Thats really the only way to find that model.
Now, for unorthodox conversions. In my opinion, Anghkor Prok's statline is that of a Master Shaper in a Tau army. However, Anghkor Prok is dead in fluff, so any suitable Master Shaper will do for Anghkor Prok. By suitable, I would mean a significant conversion that stands out from the rest of your army. However, there are a few basics that he needs, a knife, a kroot rifle, and preferrably a hood of some sort. Extras could include totems or banners of some sort. A nice hawk can be found on the online store under 020401603.
If you use a regular plastic kroot's head be sure to extend the size of his quills by molding on extra quills from other kroot heads.
Myself, I use a regular kroot equipped with Tau armor (he is a friend of the Tau, you'd think they'd dress him up nice) a dynamically posed kroot rifle (broken and reattached in three places) as well as a knife. Later, I hope to get a good banner going when I have time and money to put in a bitz order for him. But other than that, it works well enough to make him stand out. Most players have never seen an Anghkor Prok model and as long as you did a good job of a conversion, have his rules with you, and explain it to people who arent rules lawyers, he should be acceptable.
Of course, you might find yourself putting a lot of money into him to make him look nice, so really, see if you can catch him on ebay first.
You might want to have him holding a head too, pg. 106 of white dwarf 298 is a great example.
