Welcome to Librarium Online!
I've begun work on my Crimson Scorpions Space Marine chapter. Their armor is predominatly red, but all the marines wear sandy yellow cloaks. The army is going to be based around fast attack, so I'm planning of having lots of bikes and land speeders.
I want to know whether it is a good idea to paint my vehicles in desert camo. I know most space marines players paint their tanks in the same color as their power armor, but I think the camo might look good with these guys. My next question is if I paint the vehicles camo, should I paint the bikes camo too? Or should they be painted like the armor?
This is unrelated to the above question, but just for anyone who is interested, I am planning on posting some of my marines on the net shortly. This site won't accept my pictures for some reason, but I'll post them on CMON and place the link here.
I really am great, aren't I?
Sounds like a cool idea but I would recommend at least incorporating the color of your marines on the vehicles. You don't have to have that as the main color but at least enough so people don't think your playing two mixed chapters. I personally do like the same color across the board because SM seem to be the type that are very proud in their colors, hence everything reflects that. That just my opinion though! Lets us know when you have the pics up. I really like the idea of a cloak. (Y)
I've heard fluff that says that SM don't like camo, dishonerable. So Avoid camo in the mutlitone earth colors sense.

CAmo with red accents is a funny idea. Try to hide yourself, yet you foolishly give yourself away with bright red accents.
