Welcome to Librarium Online!
I was looking at the beautiful WH codex and I saw the picture of the rogue psyker. I was thinking that might be a wonderfully fun, potentially twisted, and inevitably warped model to convert. This fits all my criteria. I was thinking of using the SM sergeant's head (bald and yelling) on some sort of bare, thin body floating in the air. He would use the penitent witch model, link below, as an enhancer- a human conduit of power. I was thinking of making him zapping a SM with lightning bolts from his hands or eyes. Or he could be floating past a burning corpse. More of the lightning would be leaping from the power cables on the penitent to the rogue's own cables.
One problem: GW does not make any-easy to-deal-with, bare, small stature models. All they have are metal models. All I can think of to do best is to use a skeleton body and arms with green stuff over it, and sculpted. This sounds rather tedious, of course; I was wondering if anyone had suggestions.

you could use a daemonhost model instead.
