They are the Knights of the Eclipse chapter. No divergence (yet).

    Keep the opinions coming, please.

It's a nice paintjob, love it. Mind sharing details about your chapter because it looks awsome and the name too...

They look extremely good, but to be honest, the lighting of the photos is a bit dull so its hard to be sure.

Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?

My chapter's name is in honor of the marines that fell defending Mars during the Horus Heresy. Marines from 3 chapters, led by the Imperial Fists, were defending the Librarium of Technology on Mars. Despite a seige lasting weeks, they again and again withheld the traitors. During this time the marines, though of different chapters originally, developed a bond that superceded all but their own chapter loyalty. In honor of this bond, they painted their left shoulder pads black, to reflect their unity of purpose ( recall that chapter insignias during this time were found on the right side). When it became clear that the Librarium would fall, the marines retreated to the Librarium itself, under the cover of a lunar eclipse . They then destroyed the massive ramparts and supports of the building, sacrificing themselves to ensure that no traitor got his hands on the information inside. In honor of this supreme sacrifice in the name of the Emperor, a successor chapter of the Imperial Fists was created. Their insignia, a red eclipse on a black background, worn on the left shoulder, represents the brave marines that made the ultimate sacrifice for mankind.

Very nice. I also like your color scheme and your technique much, especially the highlighting on the dark green. Someone who does checkers and stripes on his marines must be a good person. Keep up the good work!
Defending mankind for 12 years and all I got was this lousy sig.
