Hi all. As many others I've decided to convert my Butchers from plastic Bulls, and I'm also making a Trapper unit from all the spare Gnobbos I have lying around.
Here's a pic of these models (and some 'belchers). I could use any and all suggestions on how to further spice up the models. Thanks!

I think the butcher with the bbutcher's knife shouldn't have the hand hanging out of his mouth, and I don't know why, but I think it looks funky. I also think if you could, the butcher's knife could be bigger, cause afterall, he is an ogre!!! The other models look really cool, so keep up the work! Maybe you should make another squad of the trappers, cause those look really awesome!!!
Excellent photos, Lord Blackfang, much appreciated. And they could not be more timely, as I was intending to convert a couple of Butchers from Bulls myself this weekend.
One of my suggestions would be, to use a Ork Plastic Iron Gob as the jaw bone of a Butcher, prolly one of the bellowers. As you have found, of course, the Zombies have many 'bits' that can decorate the Butchers apron, but also so do the Kroot.
Anyway, nice one and thanks!
Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?
Go work lord_blackfang! and nice coversions, I had the same plan, i didnt really have any experance with greenstuff, which is why mines turned out to more look like an bib more than anything. 2nd attempt was better.I tryed to test that but all the ones i had were to small or wouldnt fit the oggies face, but mayby you's would have more succucess then me.to use a Ork Plastic Iron Gob as the jaw bone of a Butcher
cheers and good work!

With all of the spare head / arm parts in the bruiser and butcher bozes, conversions from regular bull bodies was an idea I was tossing up as well. They look great, certainly an inspiration for me to do the conversions I was thinking of - cheaper too!
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
Down the Noldor's proudest king.
Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.
