Yes.. they're done!! Well almost, just the shields left to paint and glue on.
So here's the gallery I've got them in, let me know what you think!
Dragon Princes Of Caledor
Ok, my first impression, WOW! On a closer inspection, you have developed nice highlights on the horses, they look absolutely stunning. The choice of colour is nice, as they don't clash, instead they compliment each other. Lovely work on the horses barding, especially the cloth material (a look i'm currently trying to create!). Your attention to detail, especiially the armour highlights, is really impressive. I'll bet a lot of time and effort went into these, and it was well worth it. Nice work ,
WOW VERY NICE, What game is that for???? or are they your own army or something?
chaos0xomega - They are for Warhammer Fantasy Battles, the better game.
TOTDO - Ta, if you want the cloth I do is like this -
Bronzed flesh base
Bronzed Flesh leaving in as shading
Bronzed Flesh & Bleached bone as next layer (<--- Repeat till satifyied)
Bleached Bone & Skull white (<--- Repeat till satifyied)
Skull White highlights.
king ulrik, good overall but the base colour (the grey rocks) go horribly with the model. paint it scorched brown and flock patches. the only bad part of the model though. good job
They are damn fine, Kingie, and very impressive. I like good paint jobs on minis, having seen so many poor ones at the clubs, and I can tell you yours set a very high standard.
I'm glad to know you are now using a Stay-Wet Palette, please let us know how it is working out for you.
Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?

Ta Ol' Man The SWP worked wonders, I like. ^_^
really, i have never heard of dragon princes b4 in wathammer fantasy are they empire or elves or a chapter approved type army??
Thanks Ulrik, that's gonna come in handy, as I just couldn't get the cloth creamy enough to match the other colours. Thanks again, and if these models are done so well, I'm sure the rest of your army/ies would be great. Cheers,
NP, I have just eagles to do next. Then base the rest of my army and finally a rest from elves. Though I do still need to repaint and base a ton of spears and archers, I did them GW style blue. But that can wait.
