I'm trying to make some inquisitorial scenery for my army, for when playing on their homeground. But all the scenery I can find on the internet and games workshop sights is esseintialy just deamonic  . I have no idea where to start, what does an inquisition fortress look like? Any ideas at all would be welcome.
War necessitates a different set of morals.
Mine will do.
Hmm... watch some vampire hunter movies and go from there? Gothic cathedral type stuff seems like it'd be right up their alley.
Take a look at the witch hunters codex, I've picked up some usefull buildings.
Try designing a shrine, or inquisitorial fortress, inquisitorial trenches.
You'll also get a really good idea from diablo 2 scenery or even
if you ever played diablo. You'll have fun making those battle shrines
You could also get ideas from catholic cathedrals. You'll definitly want
gothic stuff. Since our future is so dark.

I am building these for our city campeign, but i suppose these would work as well for you with some inquisitorial seals.
the demolisher is only there for a scale.
city gates+ walls these all together are 54'' across
city gate the gate towers are 9"x7.5"
hope these helped
p.s. ive still got the templates for these.

Decado: That's some nice terrain.
The GW terrain thingy is pretty boring, it being a Chaos symbol and all but they've got a point. All the cool Inquisition pictures (and some SM too) depict Chaplain X or Justicar X leading the cleansing of the tainted Shrine/Basilica/whatever.
A desecrated Basilica is perfect. Just stick to the classic gothic arches look and amongst the rubble make nice details like crucified corpses abit everywhere, corpses from chains hanging from the walls and smears of blood everywhere and everything. Don't make the basilica too ruined, abit battle-damaged but it's not a ruin after all. It's been desecrated, not burned to the ground.
