Like it! Simple but effective, nice use of the Cadian Sergeant head btw
Looks good. I would recommend going over it again before you prime to clean up any flash lines. Looks like there are some on the Storm Bolter. I would also recommend drilling out the barrels. It is something that is easy to do and adds a lot to the finished models.

Nice. I'd go for the axe, the sword looks a little out of place for some reason.
Wow, that's a really good conversion. Also, good job on the shoulders, makes the guy look more natural. Less like he's sticking his shoulders up. The cadian sergeant looks good, though I would never put a helmetless guy myself, as it's just not right. You do need all the protection you can get on the battlefield, right? But I geuss most of you guys are going the route of the APUs from the Matrix. They could be covered, but no. They are made coverless just to expose the characters for a more human look. I guess helmetless guys are just for hte personality.
The sword looks too small. Maybe find a bigger one.
Nice but i agree with the sword bit, maby an axe, or a bigger sword, the base is really well done
PROUD TO BE IN THE BRITISH ARMY.
~~ Surrender and serve me in life, or die and slave for me in death~~
the reason that the sword looks out of place is because you have the wrong leg pointing forward, if the right led was in front of the left, the head and body turned to the right with the bolter arm filed at an angle on the shoulder pad so that it pointed in a more natural way forward but off to the right slightly then the power sword would fit in as it would then appear that the sgt was using his bolter, but as it stands now it's like he can't decide which one to use.
Whenever you are going to do a full conversion where you afre going to pose a model try getting into that pose yourself, I know you look absolutly crazy if anyone sees you but it does give you an idea of what the model will look like, and if the pose seems strange to you then you can guarentee it'll look strange in miniture as well.
WARMASTER of the SCHOLA PROGENIUM Alnwick Chapter (soon to be the world)
I think the arms look a bit too low myself. Looks good otherwise. The sword looks good, like has been said, it looks like he's shooting right now.
When ever I am forced to have a helmetless guy, or want one, I go through the extra time to convert a helmet that matches they guys head (bionic, Iron Hands) and then strap it to his belt, or have it lying on the ground, or some other suitable pose, as long as he has it neer him. No one would go to battle with out a helmet, its just stupid.
