Dear Fellow Fourm Members
Does anyone know how to make multi storied buildings cheaply?
Like ones where there is more than one story and you can actually walk into it with stairs and stuff?
Its looks really good in the GW sets but is there anyother way (cough cough! i mean a cheaper way)?
Anyone knows/has any ideas please help
I suck at scenery
bye for now..
i mainly meant ruined buildings
Check out these links:
This last one shows how to make skyscrapers out of cardboard.
Now my Undead WArband In Mordheim can walkthrough a proper city in stead of one made of shoeboxes and toilet rolls
bye for now...

You can make non-ruined stackable buildings easily. These are done with thin wood, but the same technique can be used with foamcore or card. Since they are stackable, you have access to the interior of each level.
You can make them any style you want simple by painting / accessorizing the outside to the appropriate style.
Here's how it looks unstacked:
cool thanks wolf raider
they look awesome what do you use them for? MOrdheim ?Fantasy?
I take 4 pieces of tall card board, cut it into 3 storie, cut windows into them and paint it un-ruined. After it is finished assembled and painted, I throw big rocks at it so it will be realistically ruined. One time on New Years, I put a fire cracker into a building I recently built and blew it off!! It burned for a while but, then remains were cool. Can't wait till next year.......
