I am trying to find models to represent my thrall wizards, but not much luck.
I want models having:
Anyone suggestions on a model, which is preferably cheap?
I am also not scared using some green stuff to do some modifications.
that is pretty general. . . but i think i can help.
you could probably just make your own robes.
but if you want wizardy robes go for one of the empire wizards. and for beards and bald-ness go for the head of a grand master if the white wolf.
You could try some of the things from the inquisitor retinue, paint them blue, give them a few marks of Tzeentch on their robes. That's what I use, and that should fit your parameters.
The only difference between tattooed people and non-tattooed people is that tattooed people are awesome and can kick your ass.

Thanks for the input.
I will go have a look at some of those models.
However, I must say after browsing through the Lord of the Rings models, those Gandalf and Sauramon miniatures will also work very well.
look at the necrearch vampire remove the head, (or not as the head painted flesh colour would probably fit in nicely as a thrall wizard).
WARMASTER of the SCHOLA PROGENIUM Alnwick Chapter (soon to be the world)
Also look at some of the Mordheim range of models, there are a couple of bald headed necros in that range from what I remember.
The iron crowned is getting closer,
Swings his hammer down on him,
Like a thunderstorm he's crushing,
Down the Noldor's proudest king.
Under my foot, so hopeless it seems.
You've troubled my day, now feel the pain.
