I've been working on her for like seven months, little by little. Been unable to get the girl finished yet, but I'd like your opinion on what do you think of the model so far.
What do you think could be improved?

Cool, very nice......a brave attempt that you seem to have pulled off. I love to see convertions of things most people never even attempt.

Little bit by little bit and patiently. Seriously, I didn't have that much sculpting experience before I went for working on this model. Most I learned by trial and error along the way.
is there a site where I can learn this stuff? I like it. let me know!
There are quite many, search for sculpting tutorials via www.google.com. From basics to sculpting whole miniatures, there are oodleplexes of tutorials online.

what is it she's sittin (kneeling) on?
A piece sawn off from the Gothic Ruins sprue, with a few pieces of sprue attached, holes drilled in a few places, pieces of wire inserted in the holes and then bent (to look like structure reinforcement bars). This was a leftover from something I'm working on.
