Here's my still Work In Progress Elysian HQ squad in UK camoflage colours including a couple of small conversions, sorry about the quality of the pics.
Heroic Officer Nochenkopf:
Plasma Operator Fuoco:
Medic Schiavo Tiata:

Vox Operator vibrazione :
Trooper Fucile (With underslung grenade launcher):
The paintjob isn't finished yet, in that I'm trying to find the best way to work the UK flag onto the minis helmets (Thinking about using transfers if I can find them small enough) and marking the squad number on the shoulder pads etc... small details basically.
I've also yet to add the webbing kits with knives, water bottles & grenades etc, and the bases need a little work too!
Comments and suggestions welcome.
Comments - cant see them, they are getting websensed by my email provider, can you put a copy or 2 in the LO galleries?
Here we are then, my new gallery.
Incidentally, these are the first human (pinkskin) faces I've ever painted... please ignore the medic's face in photo #5 because it blurred there... it's not a square pink mass in real life, I promise!
Some very nice poses and painting Harbish.
EDIT: Transferring them to the LO gallery has made my comment on the size of your pictures null and void.
Greetings from Planet X, I hope you enjoy your day.

Hmm, OK generally nice, as a collective army they will look good,
I dont like the bases - are you going to do something with them or have the dropped onto a bowling green?
Cammo is too busy, it will look ok as a whole army but on a specific mini, whilst it coppies real world cammo, this tends to lose detail on a 28mm mini
Face tone could do with darkening a little
FYI, my elysians are here:
I mentioned above the bases need a little workOriginally Posted by Cheredanine
They're going to have some sort of countryside basing, I havn't decided specifics yet but I want to spend some time on getting them as good as I can make them rather than the usual goblin green and swim through the bag of flock.
Gotta look me up some tutorials on basing techniques.
The camo is intentionally busy, even at the expense of losing detail I want my Elysians to get as close as possible to UK camoflage... this is going to be a 'realistic' styled army, as opposed to my slightly cartoony styled Lizardmen and my evil Tyranids.
Face tone I agree seems a bit bright (The lightest highlights are standard Elf Flesh), which is apparently normally okay for human minis, maybe it's the contrast with the dark camo? It seems to look better in real life than on the photos to my eye.
I considered adding facepaint camoflage too but decided it'd look bad, whilst also loosing the most detailed area of the models amongst the rest of the camo...
I really like your Elysians, the painting standard is a long way superior to mine!
Is there any chance of getting a look at the rest of your guys, iirc you have a couple of platoons painted up?
PS: I really love the idea of them dropping onto a bowling green!
Hehe, how about a football/soccer field? Or a baseball diamond? Or a... um... Cricket... field?
"The Orks are assaulting the Sportsdome! Send in the droptroopers!"
OK well last real piece of advice is elf flesh is really too light for anything but highlights, if the flesh looks palid, you may have applied too much, but actually you may also find that the hue changes with digital imagry so they may wel be fine but look too light in photos
I have 47 Elysians, a drop sentinal and a valkyrie, about half are painted, unfortunatley I do not have a digital camera - the photos I put up, plus some more of my Sons of Medusa, were taken by the photographer at the local club. Right now thy are suspeded as I have been asked by another board and a gaming club to convert and paint the centre piec for a table at games day - a captured hyve tyrant capable of moving is the brief, so I got a couple of FW sentinal power lifters escorting a drugged and chained up tyrant (trying to avoid putting JCB decals on yellow sentinal power lifters)
I would stay away from cam cream, it tends to detrct from minis and look like botched paint jobs rather than cam cream
Bases - I vary wildly, if you want typical scub, I would consider using the odd piece of Lichen, I would do the base generally by applying sand for texture, then paint over and drybrush, then apply odd sticks ( I would make by trimming lichen and paint, then apply patches of static grass, you can enhance this by using green flock as moss too, then on several bases add lichen
what, no aircraft or drop sentinels???
are the rules available for this army yet?
I've heard that the IA:3 book comes out early next month, or is available for pre-order then more likely.
The IA:3 book will contain the Elysian dropper army list.
